This is a quick one, an easy one.
Taco? or Sandwich?
Begin getting the pan hot, with butter and/or coconut oil.
When ready, begin with tortillas or slices of bread.
Wash a handful of greens: spinach, raab, chard, etc.
Chop up the greens, and spread them on the vehicle (bread/tortilla)
Slice or grate cheese, add that over the greens, Use any of F&M Fermented things - notably sauerkraut, spicy turnips - chop them and lay that on there.
When ready, either put the other slice on top and commence cooking like a grilled cheese. Or, fold the tortillas in half and keep frying them.
Take off heat, Let them cool. Then eat them. The sandwich can go well with Probiotic Mustard, for the tacos, I make a sauce of lemonaise, bufalo chipotle and sriracha.

1 sandwich for $2.60
To buy all these ingredients at once would cost $18.25 for making batches tacos. $22 with thick great harvest bread.
I have been making this as a stand-by because it is very easy to make and clean up. With the sauce my boy will eat it plenty, even with bitter greens.
